CHAMAEROPS CERIFERA

Moroccan subspecies of Chamaerops humilis.

Highly resistant to cold, it can withstand temperatures as low as -15°C without considerable damage. Particularly suitable for landscaping as a contrast to green backgrounds. Some specimens develop more protective wax on the leaves. These are the most attractive and bluish. They also require less water and better drainage.
